Orders

How do I check my order? Sign in and open your member account. Your orders and their status are on the Overview page.

Do you charge for delivery? Delivery within Malaysia is complimentary.

Membership & points

How do I earn points? You earn 1 point for every RM1 you pay on an order, after discounts. Points are added once payment is confirmed.

Can I use my points to pay? Yes. At checkout, 10 points = RM1 off, and you can use points together with a voucher.

Do points expire? Yes, 12 months after you earn them. Your oldest points are used first, and your Points & Rewards page shows when your next points expire.

How do membership tiers work? Your tier is based on the points you have earned: Silver at 1,000 points (5% off), Gold at 2,000 points (7% off) and Platinum at 3,000 points (10% off). Your member discount is taken off every order at checkout.

Does spending points lower my tier? No. Using or redeeming points never lowers your tier.

How do I get a voucher? On your Points & Rewards page, redeem a reward to get a voucher code, then enter the code at checkout. Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the day they are issued.

What happens to my points if an order is refunded? The points the order earned are taken back. Points you used to pay are returned, and a voucher you redeemed with points is returned when the order is fully refunded.
